Join us to reimagine education and fuel grassroots innovation. The STEM Educator (YTS) will coordinate and facilitate Young Tinker Space (YTS) programs. This role involves engaging with students, managing hands-on STEM workshops, and ensuring the learning environment is interactive and impactful.

Experience- Ideal for candidates with 0–1 year of STEM education experience seeking to kickstart their careers.

Responsibilities:-

• Lead exciting, hands-on STEM sessions at our Young Tinker Space.
• Inspire students to create, build, and innovate.
• Keep tools and materials ready for action.
• Co-create dynamic, student-friendly STEM content.
• Connect with schools and communities to grow our impact.
• Capture stories, feedback, and outcomes.
• Travel occasionally for outreach, school visits, and training.

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s in Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication & mentoring skills.

• Experience

  in STEM workshops (

  a plus

  ).
• Confident in managing student groups.
• Open to travel for events & training.
