Organization: REAP – Reach Education Action Programme Location: Skill Development Centre (Hospitality Trade) & REAP Learning Centres in Slum Communities Position Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate Soft Skills Trainer (preferably a lady) to work with youth enrolled in our Skill Development Centre as well as children in our REAP community centres . The trainer will be responsible for equipping students with essential communication, personality development, and life skills that prepare them for the workplace and for life. Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging sessions on spoken and trade English , workplace etiquette, grooming, and customer interaction. Train students in interview preparation , resume building, confidence building, and public speaking. Develop and deliver soft skill modules tailored to both young adults (skill trainees) and children (slum centres). Design activities, role-plays, and group discussions to enhance communication and teamwork. Work closely with the skill development team to integrate soft skills with vocational training. Mentor students individually where needed, especially those preparing for employment. Track student progress and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills Graduate / Postgraduate in English, Communication, Psychology, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in soft skills training, personality development, or English communication training. Strong command of spoken and written English . Ability to engage with youth and children from underprivileged backgrounds . Creative, empathetic, and patient teaching style. Prior experience in the hospitality sector or with vocational training is an advantage. Preferred Candidate Female professional with relevant experience. Role Summary: The Corporate Relations Officer is responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with corporate organizations, foundations, and institutions to advance REAP’s educational and social development initiatives. The role involves designing proposals, facilitating donor engagement, ensuring compliance with CSR requirements, and strengthening visibility and credibility of the organization among corporate stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Partnership Development & Donor Relations Identify, approach, and engage corporate partners, CSR divisions, and philanthropic trusts for potential collaborations and funding. Build long-term, trust-based relationships with donors through regular communication, field visits, and impact presentations. Develop customized proposals and concept notes aligned with partner priorities and REAP’s mission. Ensure timely donor reporting, documentation, and compliance with grant terms. 2. Project Coordination & Implementation Support Liaise with program heads (STEM, Foundational Learning, Digital Literacy, Skill Development) to align corporate-funded projects with implementation needs. Coordinate with finance and operations teams for budget preparation, utilization tracking, and audit readiness. Monitor progress, compile field updates, and support evaluation exercises for funded projects. 3. Branding & Communication Plan and oversee corporate engagement events, donor visits, and impact showcases at REAP centers. Support communication material development – presentations, brochures, newsletters, social media posts – highlighting partner contributions and program outcomes. Strengthen REAP’s CSR visibility through digital, media, and institutional channels. 4. Strategic Planning & Institutional Growth Contribute to annual fundraising and partnership targets, ensuring sustainable resource mobilization. Research emerging CSR trends, funding opportunities, and industry sectors for potential engagement. Represent REAP at CSR networking forums, industry events, and education-development conferences. Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and committed Project Coordinator with a background in social work to lead and strengthen our community outreach initiatives. The role involves working closely with migrant communities, labourers, women, and children to facilitate access to government welfare schemes and improve their quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and implement community-based programmes in slum and migrant areas. Work with the Labour Department and Women & Child Development Department to support beneficiaries. Facilitate awareness and registration for various government welfare schemes (e.g. Ayushman Bharat Card, ABHA Card, Labour Card, E-Shram Card, etc.). Support community members—especially women, children, and labourers —to avail social protection and entitlements. Organize meetings, camps, and awareness drives in collaboration with local departments. Supervise field workers, maintain reports, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.
