Corporate Relations & Partnerships Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Outreach & Partnership Building

• Identify and connect with corporate CSR teams, HR/CSR heads, and foundation leaders.
• Schedule and participate in meetings, present REAP’s work confidently, and follow up professionally.
• Maintain relationship pipelines and build long-term engagement.

2. Proposal Development & Communication

• Support drafting of proposals, concept notes, PPTs, and partnership briefs.
• Write emails, donor updates, and reports with clarity and professionalism.
• Assist in preparing presentations for meetings and events.

3. Donor Coordination & Follow-Up

• Support donor visits to REAP centres.
• Coordinate requirements for CSR partnerships such as documentation and reports.
• Maintain donor communication records and timely follow-ups.

4. Branding & Representation

• Represent REAP at CSR events, meetings, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
• Support preparation of brochures, newsletters, and impact stories for donors.

Qualifications

• MBA / Master’s in Marketing, Business, Development Studies or related field.
• Excellent English communication — written and spoken.
• Confident personality with the ability to speak to senior corporate professionals.
• Strong presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to learn CSR fundraising, NGO documentation, and partnership management.
• Self-driven, organised, and comfortable with follow-ups.

Preferred (but trainable if not present)

• Experience in marketing, sales, corporate communication, or client relations.
• Understanding of CSR, fundraising, or NGO sector is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
