Role Overview This internship is for individuals who love people, ideas, and impact. As an Outreach Associate, you'll be the bridge between students, parents, schools, and the opportunity we're offering them. This is not just a sales role . You'll work on strategy, storytelling, communications, and growth. Every conversation you have will help shape how education looks for young minds nationwide. You will represent an International education brand, interact with diverse audiences, and gain mentorship in real-time client engagement, outreach strategy, and campaign execution. What You'll Be Doing Engage with interested parents, students, and school representatives about our MUN & Public Speaking programs. Using structured communication strategies (scripts, templates, and personal style), you will explain the program value. Help design and refine outreach flows and funnels, working closely with the core team. We're now expanding our team of dynamic trainers to help us scale our Public Speaking programmes across India, and that's where you come in. Role Overview This role is for individuals who believe in the power of words and love guiding young minds to express themselves with confidence. As a Public Speaking Trainer , you'll play a key role in helping students become articulate, fearless, and impactful communicators. You will deliver structured, engaging sessions online and offline, built around speech delivery, storytelling, expression, and stage presence . Every class you take will help transform how students think, speak, and present themselves to the world. What You'll Be Doing Conduct interactive 60–90 minute sessions focused on speech structure, storytelling, and stage delivery. Mentor students in developing strong communication habits and confidence on stage. Provide individualised feedback on expression, tone, and delivery. Prepare students for TED-style showcases, class presentations, and real-world speaking opportunities. Collaborate with the academic team to continuously refine curriculum and class design. Maintain session reports and ensure high student engagement and learning outcomes. What We're Looking For 1–3 years of teaching/training experience in public speaking, communication, or related fields. Excellent spoken and written English with clear diction and engaging delivery. Background in education, theatre, anchoring, communications, or coaching preferred. Ability to connect with and motivate students aged 5–17. Creative, adaptable, and comfortable with online teaching tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Slides). Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills with a learner-first mindset.
