Key Responsibilities: Lead the academic, operational, and strategic functions of the Hospitality Management department. Design and update curriculum aligned with industry standards, NEP 2020, and global best practices. Foster partnerships with top hotels, resorts, tourism bodies, and culinary institutes for internships, placements, and real-world exposure. Ensure high-quality teaching and learning practices through faculty mentoring, research promotion, and performance evaluations. Organize workshops, industry talks, study tours, and training programs for holistic student development. Represent the department in university-level planning, accreditation processes (NAAC, NBA), and other quality benchmarks. Drive admissions, outreach, and branding efforts for the department in collaboration with university leadership. Requirements: Master’s degree (or higher) in Hospitality Management/Hotel Management or related fields. Minimum 10 years of academic and/or industry experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or academic coordination role. Strong industry network and knowledge of emerging trends in hospitality, tourism, F&B, and sustainability. Demonstrated excellence in curriculum development, faculty management, and student engagement. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Ph.D. in Hospitality or allied domain. Experience working with international hospitality brands or institutions. Exposure to digital transformation in hospitality education.
