Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Hospitality to lead and oversee the operations of all our hospitality outlets. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in multi-unit management, operational excellence, and business growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving profitability, maintaining brand standards, managing MIS reporting, and spearheading expansion across new locations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Operations

  • Oversee daily operations of all hospitality branches (restaurants, cafés, or lounges) ensuring consistency in quality, service, and brand experience.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise branch managers and department heads to achieve performance and revenue goals.

Financial Management (PnL & MIS)

  • Take full ownership of Profit & Loss (PnL) statements for all branches.
  • Develop and monitor financial budgets, control costs, and improve profit margins.
  • Prepare and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports for management review.
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective measures for underperforming units.

Business Growth & Expansion

  • Identify new market opportunities and lead expansion plans across regions.
  • Evaluate and finalize potential locations for new outlets in collaboration with management.
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to execute launch plans.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to drive brand visibility and customer acquisition.

Team Leadership & Training

  • Mentor and develop branch managers and key operational leaders.
  • Build a strong performance-driven culture emphasizing teamwork and accountability.
  • Implement standardized SOPs and ensure compliance across all outlets.

Customer Experience & Quality Control

  • Maintain and elevate service standards across all branches.
  • Address escalated customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and legal compliance at all outlets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in hospitality operations, with at least 3 years in a multi-unit leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of PnL management, MIS reporting, and operational analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record in driving growth, profitability, and new outlet expansion.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, POS systems, and hospitality management software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
