Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Human Resources Manager located at Brigade Signature tower, Huskur village, Bengaluru- 560049. The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role also involves maintaining employee records, handling employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of Experience as HR
• Proven experience in Human Resources Management, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
• Proficiency in HR software
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Ok with work from office work model (Monday to Saturday)
