Senior HR Manager will lead and manage the Recruitment and Performance Management functions for the organization. The role requires a seasoned HR professional with strong experience in talent acquisition, performance management systems (PMS), employee life cycle management, and strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-driven, process-oriented, and capable of partnering with business leaders.


Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across departments.
  • Develop sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and market mapping.
  • Manage coordination with internal stakeholders to understand manpower needs.
  • Conduct screening, competency-based interviews, and selection processes.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience.
  • Manage recruitment metrics such as TAT, quality of hire, and cost per hire.
  • Oversee onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new hires.

2. Performance Management System (PMS)

  • Drive annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles.
  • Work closely with department heads to define KRAs, KPIs, and goal alignment.
  • Analyze performance data, generate reports, and provide insights to management.
  • Implement training interventions based on performance evaluations.
  • Ensure PMS policy compliance and handle employee grievances related to performance.
  • Continuously improve PMS frameworks to enhance efficiency and fairness.

3. HR Operations & Employee Engagement

  • Support HR policies, SOPs, and compliance.
  • Conduct engagement initiatives, R&R programs, and culture development activities.
  • Manage employee lifecycle documentation and HRIS-related tasks.
  • Handle disciplinary, conduct, and performance cases in coordination with management.

4. Strategic HR Initiatives

  • Contribute to talent planning, succession planning, and workforce development.
  • Partner with leadership for organization design and restructuring needs.
  • Provide HR analytics, dashboards, and insights for decision-making.
