Job Description

Key Responsibility Managing civil, criminal, cheque bouncing recovering and property matters. Representing and attending hearings at various forums and courts Liasing and coordinating with advocates and govt official. pending legal cases. Following up on hearings , outcome and next steps. drafting, reviewing and vetting of various types of legal documentation. Preparing, maintaining and submitting computerised data base of MIS and internal coordination. Monitoring legal updtes and amendments relevant to business operation and applicable laws. Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
