Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Executive to join our team. The role involves vetting and drafting legal agreements, coordinating trademark registrations, overseeing Company Secretary (CS) work, and managing legal notices to ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.


Roles & Responsibilities

1. Legal Agreements & Contracts

• Review, draft, and negotiate various legal agreements, including vendor contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, and employment contracts.

• Ensure that all agreements comply with applicable laws and company policies.

• Work closely with internal teams and external legal counsel for contract finalization.

2. Legal Notices & Dispute Resolution

• Draft and send legal notices to third parties for contractual breaches, outstanding payments, or any legal disputes.

• Review and respond to legal notices received by the company.

• Work with external legal advisors when required for dispute resolution and litigation matters.

3. Trademark & Intellectual Property Coordination

• Handle and coordinate trademark applications, renewals, and disputes in collaboration with external IP consultants.

• Maintain a record of all trademarks and ensure timely renewals.

4. Compliance & Company Secretary (CS) Work Oversight

• Support the CS function in ensuring regulatory and statutory compliance, including ROC filings, board meeting documentation, and secretarial records.

• Monitor compliance with corporate governance and legal regulations.

• Assist in drafting board resolutions and regulatory filings.

5. Legal Advisory & Risk Management

• Provide legal insights on business operations and minimize legal risks.

• Keep updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company.


SKILLS: •

LLB/LLM from a recognized university.

• 1-3 years of experience in contract drafting, legal compliance, and corporate law.

• Experience in trademark laws, contract law, and dispute resolution.

• Familiarity with Company Law, Contract Law, and Compliance Regulations.
