About the Role Assistant Manager- Brand Content & Creatives Are you a trend-savvy influencer marketer who lives and breathes social media? Do you have a knack for spotting the next big influencer before they blow up? If you’re passionate about viral content, influencer collaborations, and leading high-impact campaigns, this role is for you! Responsibilities: Ideate and execute viral marketing campaigns that blend influencer collaborations with high-impact performance marketing. Lead a team of Brand & Influencer Marketing executives, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive campaign success. Stay on top of trends, cultural moments, and emerging content formats to craft fresh and relevant campaigns. Lead influencer partnerships across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms, spotting the right creators before they go mainstream. Develop scroll-stopping content ideas that drive engagement, shares, and conversations. Analyze what’s working (and what’s not) to optimise campaigns in real-time for maximum impact. Collaborate with internal teams to push creative boundaries while keeping the brand voice consistent Key Requirements: Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and mentoring a team of influencer marketing professionals. Extensive network of influencer contacts and relationships across various social media platforms. Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.
