HR strategy, manpower planning, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, statutory compliance and leadership support

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ HR Strategy & Business Partnership

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business heads and leadership teams
  • Support organisation growth, manpower planning & budgeting
  • Implement people policies, governance and HR best practices
  • Drive HR digital transformation & process excellence

2️⃣ Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead hiring for leadership, corporate & operational roles
  • Build strong talent pipelines & succession plans
  • Support diversity hiring initiatives
  • Oversee onboarding & induction programs

3️⃣ Performance Management & Capability Development

  • Implement PMS cycles & goal-setting frameworks
  • Drive learning & development initiatives
  • Support career development & leadership capability building

4️⃣ Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives
  • Resolve grievances & promote healthy work relations
  • Improve retention & employee experience
  • Strengthen organisational values & culture

5️⃣ HR Operations, Payroll & Compliance

  • Oversee HR operations, payroll coordination & audits
  • Ensure statutory & labour law compliance across all units
  • Maintain accurate HRMS data & dashboards
  • Should have handled payroll for a

    minimum of 3,000 employees

  • Hands-on implementation experience with HRMS tools like GreytHR is an added advantage

6️⃣ Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Partner with leadership, finance & legal teams
  • Manage recruitment partners, consultants & training vendors

7️⃣ Reports, Analytics & Governance

  • Publish HR dashboards & MIS reports
  • Monitor attrition, productivity & people metrics
  • Support audits & policy implementation

Candidate Profile

  • 13–20 years of HR leadership experience

    , preferably in multi-business environments (real estate, retail, hospitality, facility management, manufacturing, etc.)
  • Strong exposure to

    HR strategy, compliance, HR operations, PMS & employee relations

  • Experience in handling

    large workforce environments

  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management & leadership skills
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-growing organisation

Education

  • MBA / MSW / PG in Human Resources preferred
