Job Description

We’re Hiring: Senior Human Resources Manager

Location:

Experience:

Senior Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning
Manage payroll, attendance, HRIS, and statutory compliance
Drive performance management processes including KRAs, KPIs, appraisals, and reviews
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
Identify training needs, manage L&D programs, and update HR policies
Handle resignations, conduct exit interviews, and perform attrition analysis
Partner with leadership to support HR strategy and organizational growth

Qualifications & Skills:

6+ years of experience in Human Resources
Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance
Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll, and performance management systems
Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills
Experience in tech, startups, or manufacturing environments is an added advantage
