Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, experienced, and results-oriented Human Resources Manager to lead and elevate our HR operations. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, managing the complete employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, compliance, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will cultivate a high-performance, inclusive workplace culture that aligns with our organizational values and goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast and address staffing needs.
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline through free and paid job portals.

Onboarding, Learning & Development

  • Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance skills and ensure compliance.
  • Align learning and development initiatives with career growth and business objectives.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.
  • Organize engagement activities to boost morale and teamwork.

Performance Management

  • Implement structured performance evaluation systems.
  • Support KPI setting, performance tracking, and development plans.
  • Provide coaching and manage performance improvement plans as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential employee records.

  • Effectively communicate policies across the organization.

Health, Safety & Well-being

  • Monitor workplace safety and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Introduce wellness initiatives to support employee health.

Culture & Retention

  • Lead recognition programs, wellness drives, and team-building activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve retention and reduce attrition.

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Utilize HR analytics for data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive organizational development and change management initiatives.

Candidate Profile
