Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function. This strategic position is responsible for overseeing the entire HR lifecycle, including talent acquisition, compliance, employee engagement, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will help shape a positive workplace culture, enhance employee satisfaction, and align HR strategies with broader business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to anticipate staffing needs and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Maximize hiring efficiency through the use of free and paid job platforms.

Onboarding & Employee Development

  • Ensure a smooth and impactful onboarding experience for all new hires.
  • Design and roll out training initiatives to support employee development and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain HR practices that align with company policies and statutory requirements.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
  • Foster a transparent, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.
  • Lead internal communications and oversee employee engagement activities.

Performance Management

  • Develop and implement performance evaluation systems.
  • Support the creation of KPIs, goal-setting frameworks, and growth plans.
  • Address performance issues with structured feedback and coaching.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Design and manage competitive compensation structures.
  • Oversee benefits administration in compliance with legal and company guidelines.

Compliance & Records Management

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate, secure, and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

Policy Development & Implementation

  • Draft and enforce HR policies in accordance with current legislation and best practices.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication of policies across the organization.

Health & Safety

  • Promote a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Lead wellness and safety programs in line with occupational health regulations.

Culture & Retention

  • Organize recognition programs, wellness campaigns, and team-building events.
  • Develop strategies to boost morale, improve retention, and reduce turnover.

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Leverage HR analytics to guide workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Drive organizational change and support a culture of continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile
