Job Description

Role Overview

The HR Operations role is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of core HR processes, compliance with employment regulations, and providing operational support across the employee lifecycle. This position focuses on process excellence, HR systems management, and timely delivery of employee services.


Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. Pre-boarding

· Send welcome communication to new joiners.

· Conduct background verification (Ongrid) within 7 days of joining.

· Coordinate collection of mandatory documents (Aadhar, PAN, bank details, agreements, declarations, etc.) prior to joining.

· Maintain trackers for BGV status and follow-up with candidates for pending information and with vendor for BGV reports.

· Coordinate with IT/Admin for system allocation, email creation, and desk readiness before Day 1.


2. On-boarding

· Complete onboarding process on HRMS (Darwinbox) for all new hires.

· Participate in and coordinate induction sessions for new joiners, including scheduling guest speakers and department presentations.

· Track joining kit inventory, reorder as needed, and coordinate with vendors for customization/delivery.

· Lead annual revamp of joining kit design and content based on feedback.

· Ensure all compliance-related forms and declarations are completed during joining.


3. Post-boarding

· Track and ensure 100% completion of POSH training & IT Cyber security training using e-tools, sending reminders and follow-ups as necessary.

· Manage vendor invoicing for BGV, validate invoices and coordinate with finance for processing.

· Vendor Management for XOXO- Reward platform along with their invoice processing.

· Managing end to end documentation for the complete lifecycle of an employee.

· Support HR audits by preparing data, reports, and documentation from HRMS.

· Managing GMC and GPA end to end.


Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field (post-graduation preferred).

· 2-4 years of experience in HR operations.

· Proficiency in HRMS platforms (preferably Darwinbox) and MS Excel.

· Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

· High attention to detail with ability to multitask across systems and stakeholders.
