Senior Human Resources Associate

We’re looking for a dynamic Recruiter cum HR Associate to join our team and drive talent acquisition while supporting core HR operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and can balance high-volume hiring with people operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (Primary KRA)

• Own end-to-end recruitment for roles across departments (PR, Social Media, Operations, Creative, HR, Sales, etc.)
• Manage the full hiring cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring closures
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through active sourcing on LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and referrals
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, closure rates) and ensure hiring SLAs are met
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver quality hires

HR Operations (Secondary Focus)

• Support HR operations including attendance, leave records, and HR trackers
• Assist with onboarding, documentation, and inductions for new joiners
• Support payroll inputs and compliance coordination
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives
• Maintain accurate HR data and recruitment dashboards for reporting

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in

  end-to-end recruitment

  (agency/startup/creative industry preferred)
• Proven ability to

  close positions quickly

  across diverse functions
• Familiarity with HR operations (attendance, onboarding, payroll support)
• Excellent sourcing skills via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job boards
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to manage data and trackers efficiently
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• A go-getter attitude with the ability to
