Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for creative, strategy, client servicing, and support roles.

• Build strong talent pipelines and ensure timely hiring.

• Strengthen the agency’s employer brand to attract top industry talent.

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives tailored to a creative workforce.

• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.

• Drive team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Oversee HR policies, employee records, and payroll coordination.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

• Handle employee grievances with fairness and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in advertising, media, or creative industries.

• Strong understanding of recruitment in creative/advertising domains.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office.
