Role Name: HR Associate Summary : We are looking for an HR Associate to manage our company's recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs. Basically a person who is the unofficial psychologist, the event planner, the peacemaker to their team. A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters. We can’t spell HERO without HR Key Responsibilities: Co ordinator : Coordination with Employees, Co-workers and Upper Management Recruiter : Must execute the Joining and Exit Formalities. Manager : Must maintain Attendance and Leave Management of the company. Good Listener : Must listen to Employee Grievances. Employee Engagements Performance Management Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field. Previous experience working in human resources of 1-2 years. Knowledge of database software, email systems, and office software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly and professional demeanor. Good organizational skills.
