Job brief:
As a Senior HR Executive at Atrina, you will gain practical experience and insight into various aspects of HR operations within a dynamic, technologically advanced environment. Your role will involve hands-on involvement in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, training, and development, with the opportunity to closely work with experienced HR professionals & lead the team.
Job Responsibilities:
● Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Strategy: Drive end-to-end recruitment by identifying and attracting qualified talent through strategic sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
● Candidate Evaluation & Selection Process: Oversee the screening and assessment of candidates, ensuring structured and competency-based evaluations. Collaborate with hiring managers to finalize selection decisions.
● Recruitment Process Oversight: Manage the recruitment lifecycle to ensure seamless coordination of interviews, documentation, and onboarding activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
● Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing: Strengthen the company’s presence in the talent market by leading job advertisement campaigns, participating in campus engagement initiatives, and representing the organization at key hiring events.
● Process Improvement & Compliance: Identify gaps in recruitment and HR operations, recommend process enhancements, and ensure adherence to statutory and organizational compliance.
● Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze hiring metrics, prepare recruitment performance reports, and provide insights to support strategic workforce planning.
● Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between HR leadership, hiring managers, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with business objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree/HR certifications preferred).
● Proven experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
● Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
● Ability to handle sensitive information with high levels of confidentiality and integrity
● Proficiency in HR tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
● Demonstrated adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and proactive approach in a dynamic environment.
● Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior team members and drive HR initiatives.
