Senior HR Executive

As an HR Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. You will also be required to implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices throughout the organization to ensure a cohesive working environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling employee relations and managing grievances to maintain a positive workplace atmosphere. - Conducting performance evaluations and providing support to managers during the appraisal process. - Maintaining HR records, personnel files, and generating MIS reports as necessary. - Organizing training and development programs, as well as employee engagement activities. - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines to protect both employees and the organization. - Assisting in strategic HR planning and providing support to management in decision-making processes.
