Job Description

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for various key areas in HR operations. - Onboarding & Induction: - Managing new hire documentation, induction sessions, and HRMS setup. - Ensuring 100% compliance with onboarding checklists within 3 working days. - Coordinating joining kits, ID creation, and background verification. - Employee Lifecycle Management: - Maintaining accurate employee records in HRMS and physical files. - Handling confirmations, transfers, separations, and exit formalities. - Drafting and issuing employment-related letters and documents. - Employee Engagement & Welfare: - Planning and executing monthly engagement and wellness initiatives. - Supporting festival celebrations, team-building activities, and CSR events. - HR Operations: - Maintaining HRMS data, attendance, and leave management systems. - Addressing employee queries promptly and ensuring smooth HR operations. - Generating HR reports and ensuring documentation accuracy. - Performance Management: - Assisting in goal setting, quarterly reviews, and appraisal processes. - Tracking and following up on evaluation submissions. - Policy Implementation & Compliance: - Educating employees on HR policies and ensuring adherence. - Maintaining audit-ready HR records and statutory documentation. - Statutory Compliance & Administration: - Ensuring compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations. - Independently managing ESI, PF, LWF, PT, Gratuity, and Bonus Act compliance. - Tracking remittances, filings, and coordinating with external auditors and consultants. In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the company requires the following qualifications and skills from potential candidates: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR Operations. - Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.,
