Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all levels.
  • Prepare job descriptions, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct final HR rounds.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and induction of new employees.

2. Employee Relations

  • Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and support employee welfare programs.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities and feedback surveys.

3. Performance Management

  • Assist in the development and implementation of PMS (KRA/KPI-based).
  • Coordinate annual and mid-year appraisals.
  • Support managers in performance improvement plans.

4. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs through collaboration with functional managers.
  • Plan, organize, and monitor internal/external training sessions.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee database, attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory processes.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation.

6. Policy & Process Management

  • Assist in defining and updating HR policies and SOPs.
  • Ensure implementation of HR policies across departments.
  • Support organizational culture building and process improvements.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, Labour Laws, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making ability.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in HR, Business Management, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in HR operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
