Job Title: Sales Representative – Skincare Products Location: Guwahati, Assam Department: Sales & Marketing Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our premium skincare products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare and beauty, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for developing relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and increasing brand awareness within your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell the company’s skincare products to retail stores. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Attend trade shows, beauty expos, and promotional events as needed. Provide regular reports on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges. Ensure timely collection of payments and manage inventory at partner locations. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, or health & wellness products. Strong knowledge of skincare products and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proactive attitude. Ability to travel within assigned territory. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. Preferred Skills: Existing client network in the beauty or skincare industry. Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness.
