Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships in the medical device and healthcare industry. The role involves coordinating sales with marketing, preparing reports, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Identify and generate new business leads to expand the client base.
Sales Achievement:
Meet or exceed established sales goals and targets.
Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts, pricing schedules, promotions, and terms with prospective clients.
Client Interaction:
Visit clients to evaluate needs, promote products and services, and provide sales presentations.
Sales Coordination:
Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs to maximize results.
Reporting:
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Order Management:
Prepare and submit sales contracts, obtain deposits, and ensure full payment collection.
Client Support:
Maintain client records, answer queries about products, credit terms, prices, and availability.
Promotion of Company Programs:
Understand and actively promote company offerings and programs.
Relationship Building:
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and suppliers through excellent interpersonal skills.
