Job Description

Job Summary

The Senior HR Executive will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, talent acquisition, and HR compliance. The role requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional capable of handling day-to-day HR functions while contributing to organizational growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
  • Coordinate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.
  • Maintain talent pipelines and ensure timely closures.
  • Execute structured onboarding and induction programs.

2. HR Operations

  • Handle employee lifecycle processes: joining, confirmation, transfer, exit formalities, and full & final settlements.
  • Maintain and update HRMS data and employee records.
  • Prepare HR dashboards, trackers, and reports.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, R&R programs, and HR initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance resolution.
  • Support in maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture.

4. Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing PMS cycles, KRAs/KPIs, reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Coordinate with department heads for timely evaluations.

5. Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
  • Assist in updating HR policies, SOPs, and documentation.
  • Manage audits, recordkeeping, and compliance reporting.

6. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs along with departmental managers.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Track training effectiveness and maintain documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in core HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in NBFC / BFSI sector (added advantage).
  • Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with modern HR practices and talent management tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
