Job Description

As a Senior HR Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience, your role will involve leading the recruitment team in identifying and attracting top-performing professionals for job openings. You will also be responsible for leading the offer letter generation team and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the process of pulling resumes from Jobvite and screening each resume. - Develop processes to centralize sourcing information and enhance efficiency for a large RPO client. - Maintain the applicant database and tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance with federal regulations. - Manage the company's Facebook page by updating it daily with information on clinical trials and responding to inquiries. - Recruit a team of QA experts for framework lead solutions in testing. - Build a pipeline of Java and QA resources for contract needs. - Collaborate with senior project managers and technical teams in the cloud computing sector. - Track all applicants and their activities in TALEO. - Showcase the impact of a CRM package on company efficiency to potential clients. - Fill requisitions for high-value clients like Boeing, Facebook, Google, and Starbucks. - Recruit technical candidates in various areas including cloud computing, storage, networking, virtualization, and security. - Focus on recruiting software developers, engineers, web developers, QA professionals, project managers, and network administrators. - Partner with senior managers to develop staffing strategies for current and future needs. - Train consultants on interviewing techniques and ensure compliance with company and EEO guidelines. - Develop application standards for the company's CRM. - Manage and supervise the work of recruiting coordinators. - Collaborate with senior management on strategic headcount planning. - Enhance company diversity through vendor management process re-engineering and college campus recruitment. - Develop employment strategies and recruitment materials to attract highly qualified candidates. - Maintain the applicant tracking database with accurate information on all recruited candidates. - Conduct interviews and assist managers with candidate selection through various networking functions. - Specialize in recruiting management positions supporting senior services, healthcare, and corporate dining divisions.
