Well-versed with ESI, PF, Factory Act, Contract Act, Labor laws, industrial laws. Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting candidates for labour and office staff at various positions – such as skilled, unskilled labor, quality engineers, supervisors, technicians, office staff etc. Design, build and implement a new performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback. Design, build and implement the training needs, coordinating the training and employee development programs for employees as well as staff on shop floor. Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires. Maintain and update employee records ( leave, absenteeism) and HR databases including contracts, changes, and terminations – ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Assist in administering payroll (ESI, PF etc), benefits, and compensation programs. Prepare HR reports and metrics as required by management. Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Supervise general house-keeping duties across factory units.
