Job Description

As an HR Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in handling full and final settlements (FnF) and statutory submissions. Your responsibilities will include: - **Document Preparation:** Creating and managing all employment-related documents and letters, as well as overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. - **Performance Appraisal:** Facilitating the Appraisal Exercises for goal-setting, mid-year review, and end-year performance appraisal. You will also be responsible for collecting and consolidating the year-end staff performance appraisals and compiling data. - **HR Reporting:** Generating and presenting monthly HR reports and managing the Facto HRM software to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and confidentiality. - **Record Maintenance:** Organizing, maintaining, and filing personnel records of employees in P-files while ensuring legal compliance related to human resource management. - **Leave and Attendance Management:** Monitoring and maintaining employee leave and attendance records. - **HR Support:** Providing day-to-day support in HR and administrative functions, as well as assisting with ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time. - **Corporate Events and Administrative Oversight:** Assisting in organizing/planning corporate events and activities, and overseeing all office administrative matters. - **Vendor Management:** Managing relationships with third-party vendors such as Recruitment agencies, ID/Access card vendor, business card vendors, Mediclaim agencies, housekeeping, security, pest control, pantry services, suppliers, etc. **Requirements:** - Strong experience in employee relations and HR policies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in India. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. This is an on-site position in Mumbai, requiring full-time commitment. The role involves a broad spectrum of HR and administrative functions. The candidate should be adaptable to handle various responsibilities and manage ad-hoc duties.
