Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves strategic sourcing, talent pipeline building, stakeholder management, and ensuring the hiring of top-quality talent aligned with the organizations goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Conduct preliminary screening and assessment of candidates to ensure a strong fit for the role and organization.
Maintain and update candidate database (ATS) and ensure smooth documentation throughout the hiring process.
Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance candidate experience.
Manage vendor relationships (recruitment agencies, consultants, etc.) and evaluate their effectiveness.
Monitor and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor laws.
Mentor and guide junior recruiters in the team (if applicable).
