Job Summary
We are looking for a data oriented and operations-centric Senior Executive – Operations to support the optimization of our operational processes through data visualization, performance tracking, and process automation. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to manage operational data, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights that drive decision-making and efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with data tools, and a proactive approach to solving operational challenges.
Responsibilities And Duties
- MIS Operations and workload Management: Oversee organization-wide resource allocation, staffing, and workforce planning in collaboration with department POCs.
- Data Visualization & Dashboarding: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Ms-Excel, Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau to track operational metrics and KPIs.
- Operational Data Management: Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources (e.g., project management, HR, finance) to ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting using data visualisation.
- KPI Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators across departments and generate regular reports to support leadership with performance insights and trend analysis
- Process Automation Support: Collaborate with teams to automate repetitive operational tasks using low-code platforms, integrations, or scripts.
- Workforce & Resource Tracking: Assist in tracking workforce allocation, timesheet compliance, and project staffing using tools like Zoho Projects.
- Continuous Improvement: Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, analysing data trends, and recommending practical solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Finance, Project Delivery) to align operational reporting with organizational objectives.
Education And Experience
- 2-3+ years of experience in operations, data analysis, or data visualization roles.
- Experience with Zoho Projects or similar tools like Ms-Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for time tracking and project management.
- Strong background in data analysis, business process reengineering, and strategic planning.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and basic data manipulation, familiarity with SQL or scripting is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
