We are looking for a driven and tech-savvy individual to join us as Senior Accounts Executive. We are currently looking to build an exceptionally strong FinOps team in Gurgaon, India where we are optimizing financial operations and enhancing our ability to deliver top-tier solutions to clients. If you think you excel in managing client accounts and identifying growth opportunities while collaborating closely with technical and business teams, this can be the right fit for you. Responsibilities And Duties Demonstrating proficiency in Tally (India) and QuickBooks (US) for managing daily accounting tasks, including posting payment entries, vendor invoices, and team reimbursements with GST refund compliance. Should be well versed with expense accounting concepts and procedures. Preparing Excel sheets for accounts payable, assisting in budget preparation and variance analysis, and making Advance tax/ GST, TDS/ PF payments and filing return thereof. Tracking compliance due dates, coordinating with auditors, updating AR files, following up on overdue invoices, and performing financial reconciliations (Bank, GST ITC, TDS). Supporting US Ramp card transactions update and preparing monthly timesheets for billed hours. Oversee monthly salary processing of employees and coordinate with the HR team on payroll-related matters. Responsible for timely closure of India books and providing MIS to management. Education And Experience CA Inter/ CWA preferred with 3-5 years of experience. B.com/ M.com with 5-7 years of experience CA Inter / CWA candidates will be given preference. 3+ years of experience with Tally. Experience with QuickBooks will be given preference. Knowledge of US GAAP is a plus. Experience with payroll, inter-company transactions, and consolidation is beneficial.
