Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in tech hiring and HR operations. This is a full-time role based out of Indore. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles, overseeing HR operations, and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes. You’ll work closely with the HR, operations, and leadership teams to support organizational growth and create a strong internal culture.


Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Independently manage end-to-end hiring for tech roles (AI/ML, Engineering, Product), Data Science, Media, Freshers and non-tech roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, communities, and other sourcing channels.
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure seamless communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Draft job descriptions, manage job postings, and maintain candidate pipelines.


HR Operations

  • Maintain and update HRIS, employee records, and databases with accuracy.
  • Handle onboarding, offer letters, documentation, and induction processes.
  • Support offboarding, exit formalities, and asset tracking.
  • Ensure adherence to internal HR policies, compliance, and confidentiality standards.
  • Assist in performance management cycles and OKR/KRA tracking as required.


Employee Experience & Culture

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees for HR-related queries.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen company culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Help prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and reference checks.
  • Ensure proper record keeping and compliance with internal HR policies and labor regulations.


Requirements and Skills:

  • 3–4 years of experience in HR roles, with strong exposure to tech hiring and HR operations.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with HR tools, Google Workspace, MS Office, and ATS platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
