Senior Executive – IT/Technical Recruitment


  1. Key Responsibilities

🔹 End-to-End IT Recruitment

  • Manage the full lifecycle hiring process for IT and technical roles.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking).
  • Conduct telephonic/virtual technical screening to assess candidate fit.

🔹 Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Collaboration

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring pipelines and market insights.

🔹 Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline for niche and high-demand technology skills.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques including Boolean search, social media sourcing, and talent mapping.

🔹 Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience

  • Schedule interviews, manage assessments, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates from screening to offer stage.

🔹 Offer Management & Onboarding Support

  • Coordinate offer negotiations, rollout, and documentation.
  • Support pre-joining engagement and smooth onboarding.


  1. Required Skills & Competencies

  • 2–4 years of experience in

    IT/technical recruitment

    (product/service industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of technologies such as Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Full Stack,
  • Excellent sourcing abilities using job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements with fast turnaround time.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
