Position Summary
As a Senior Executive – Finance, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance across global operations. From revenue reconciliation to vendor management and statutory reporting, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, reliable financial insights that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue & Compliance: Perform monthly revenue reconciliations, validate data accuracy, and ensure GST compliance for B2B and B2C transactions.
- Vendor & Payment Management: Oversee vendor onboarding, process foreign payments, and manage purchase orders in line with internal controls.
- Asset & Inventory Oversight: Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and reconcile inventory records for test center equipment.
- Incentive Validation: Review and validate incentive calculations for sales and agent payouts.
- Audit Support: Assist with monthly book closures and provide documentation for internal and statutory audits.

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (required)
- CA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification (preferred)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, reconciliations, GST compliance, and payments
- Hands-on experience with ERP-based accounting environments
- Exposure to statutory audits, reconciliations, and reporting processes
