Role Description We are seeking a Specification Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. The Specification Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure MC-Bauchemie products are specified for construction projects. Key tasks include conducting technical presentations, providing product training and demonstrations, understanding client requirements, and offering customized chemical solutions. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and supporting the sales team to achieve business objectives through specified leads. Qualifications Experience in relationship building and collaboration with architects, consultants, and builders. Strong understanding of civil engineering, waterproofing, structural protection, and repair solutions. Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities. Familiarity with technical training, product demonstrations, and customer support practices. Proficiency in local and business languages; willingness to travel and work with regional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in construction chemicals is an advantage.
