Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist with strong expertise in AI-driven marketing strategies, video content creation, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads, enhance brand presence, and support KAELA’s technology and consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.

Plan and execute lead generation campaigns aligned with company goals and target audience.

Create, edit, and optimize video marketing content for platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Use AI tools and analytics platforms for marketing automation, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.

Manage content creation, keyword strategies, and brand positioning across digital channels.

Monitor and analyze KPIs, ROI, and conversion rates to refine campaign performance.

Collaborate with sales, design, and development teams to ensure brand consistency and message accuracy.

Stay updated on digital trends, AI marketing innovations, and emerging platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, video content creation, and lead generation.

Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and CRM systems.

Knowledge of AI-based marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Synthesia, etc.) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut).

Strong analytical, creative, and storytelling skills.

Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
