Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and performance-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing 360° digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media channels — with a sharp focus on ROI, brand building, and online sales growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and own the complete digital marketing roadmap for the brand.
  • Define performance marketing strategies to drive leads, conversions, and repeat customers.
  • Manage budgets, media planning, and digital spends efficiently for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with e-commerce, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent communication across channels.

2. Performance Marketing

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other digital channels.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, and conversion data.
  • Manage remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel optimization for better conversion rates.

3. SEO & Content Marketing

  • Lead SEO strategy — keyword planning, content optimization, and ranking improvement.
  • Develop strong content calendars (blogs, videos, reels, influencer campaigns).
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams for storytelling that drives engagement and conversions.

4. Social Media & Brand Presence

  • Build strong organic presence across social media platforms with a distinct brand voice.
  • Plan influencer collaborations, campaigns, and engagement initiatives.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies for growth.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, SEMrush, etc.) to measure performance.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards showing key KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, engagement rate, conversion rate).
  • Present insights and action plans to management.
  • Requirements
  • Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/Marketing specialization preferred).
  • 6–10 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and brand performance.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.).
  • Hands-on expertise in analytics tools, ad platforms, and marketing automation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Updated knowledge of digital trends, AI-driven marketing tools, and influencer ecosystems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
