Creative Director – Visual Storytelling & Shoot Direction (Fashion Accessories)

We are seeking a visionary Creative Director with strong storytelling skills, a deep sense of aesthetics, and a proven eye for fashion branding. The ideal candidate will lead photoshoots, video concepts, and brand storytelling for multiple high-growth labels targeting global audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the visual creative strategy for brand campaigns, lookbooks, websites & social media
• Lead end-to-end photoshoots and video shoots – including direction, styling input, and execution
• Develop moodboards, campaign concepts & trend-driven creative calendars
• Collaborate with stylists, photographers, editors, and models to deliver international-quality visual content
• Approve and oversee post-production: editing, retouching, layout, and final assets

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of creative experience in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands
• Strong portfolio demonstrating shoot direction, brand building, and digital storytelling
• Deep understanding of trends
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Comfortable working with freelancers, agencies, and production teams
• A balance of aesthetic sensitivity and commercial clarity

Bonus Points:

• Experience in creating Reels, Shorts, or brand films
• Background in D2C fashion branding or eCommerce content
• Exposure to international styling and thematic campaign building

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
