Key Responsibilities Define and execute a business development strategy aligned with Capio’s growth targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries (FMCG, tech, startups, lifestyle, etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CMOs, brand heads, marketing directors). Lead client presentations, pitch meetings, and contract negotiations. Collaborate with creative teams to co-develop proposals, presentations, and case studies. Maintain an accurate and updated pipeline in CRM; track KPIs and report to leadership.
