About the Role: We are seeking a result-oriented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital team and manage end-to-end client projects. The candidate must have hands-on experience across SEO, SMM, Campaigns, Website Management, and Mobile Application Marketing , with strong leadership and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities:Team & Client Management Lead, guide, and manage a team of digital marketing executives and creative professionals. Handle end-to-end client communication , from understanding requirements to final delivery. Ensure timely execution of projects and maintain client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, content) for effective campaign management. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent performance and support. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution Plan and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, and SMM campaigns for lead generation and brand growth. Run Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads , and other paid campaigns. Oversee website performance, SEO optimization, and content updates in coordination with developers. Manage mobile application marketing , including ASO (App Store Optimization) and user engagement strategies. Execute email marketing, remarketing, and content marketing initiatives. Performance Tracking & Optimization Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager . Prepare regular KPI and ROI reports for clients and management. Identify performance trends and optimize campaigns for higher conversions. Ensure proper data tracking using Google Tag Manager and UTM parameters. Strategy, Innovation & Growth Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithms . Propose innovative strategies for client growth and digital presence enhancement. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for digital operations. Ensure quality control and consistency in all marketing deliverables. Requirements / Candidate Preferences: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field . Minimum 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role . Strong expertise in: SEO, SEM, SMM, Google Ads, and Performance Marketing Website optimization (WordPress) Mobile App Marketing & ASO Proficiency in Google Tools (Analytics, Ads, Search Console, Tag Manager). Excellent communication, presentation, and team leadership skills. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive insights.
