Job Description

Job Summary:

Tally Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales for the latest versions of Tally (including Tally Prime), providing client support, andensuring successful implementation. The role requires a blend of sales expertise, technicalunderstanding, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities for the latest Tally

solutions (Tally Prime and updates) through field visits, tele-calling, and digital

channels.

 Meet prospective clients, understand their business needs, and present suitable Tally

solutions.

 Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, presentations, negotiations,

and closures.

 Provide support and guidance to clients for pre-sales and post-sales queries.

 Assist in the implementation and training of the latest Tally versions at client sites

and ensure successful onboarding.

 Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

 Prepare sales reports and update CRM records regularly.

 Collaborate with the support and technical team to ensure smooth execution of

projects.

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Skills & Competencies:

 Proven experience in Tally Sales with hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime and its

latest updates.

 Knowledge of implementation, customization, and support for the latest Tally

versions.

 Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

 Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.

 Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.

 Basic understanding of accounting principles will be an added advantage.

Certification:

 Tally Certification in Tally Prime / Tally knowledge standard belt preferred
