Project Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support and coordinate CRM, SAP, and ERP implementation or enhancement projects. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills, with hands-on experience in business systems and client coordination. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities for CRM, SAP, or ERP implementations. Liaise between cross-functional teams including development, support, sales, and clients. Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Track and update project timelines, tasks, and documentation using project management tools. Schedule and conduct meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items. Identify risks and issues, escalate them appropriately, and support resolution activities. Support testing, user training, and go-live activities. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards. Act as a single point of contact for project-related communication with clients. Maintain data accuracy and ensure project compliance with internal standards and client expectations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in coordinating projects related to CRM, SAP, ERP, or similar enterprise systems. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), SAP modules, or ERP software. Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g. MS Project). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
