Key Responsibilities: Create and format layouts for brochures, catalogs, manuals, annual reports, and newsletters as per brand guidelines. Prepare files for commercial printing (bleed, crop marks, color settings, etc.). Perform basic image editing such as cropping, retouching, and color correction using Photoshop. Conduct quality checks for alignment, spelling, and formatting consistency before final output. Handle multilingual layout adjustments when required. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1-4 years of experience as a DTP Designer. Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. Good knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint for document formatting and template creation. Strong understanding of print concepts such as CMYK vs RGB, DPI, Pantone colors, and print production. Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, DTP, or equivalent practical experience.
Provide day-to-day support for ERP applications across modules such as Purchase, Stores, Production, Sales, and Finance. Resolve user tickets and issues, troubleshoot system errors, and coordinate with ERP vendors/partners for timely fixes. Manage master data activities including items, vendors, customers, BOM, routing, and user roles as per SOPs. Support transactional activities such as PO, GRN, material issue/receipt, production entries, invoicing, stock management, and reports. Train end users on ERP processes, prepare SOPs/quick reference guides, and ensure process compliance. Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change requests, new feature rollouts, and patch upgrades. Generate MIS reports and dashboards; support data reconciliation with cross-functional departments. Ensure data accuracy, perform basic audit checks, and manage access controls and user rights. Maintain proper documentation for issues, resolutions, and continuous process improvements. Skills & Requirements Graduation in IT / Computer Science / Commerce or a related field. 12 years of experience in ERP support or helpdesk (manufacturing industry experience preferred). Strong understanding of business processes including Purchase, Inventory, Production, Sales, and Accounts. Good working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas). Basic knowledge of SQL and reporting tools is an added advantage. Knowledge of Python will be an added advantage. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
