ey Responsibilities Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and trackers Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders Schedule and document project meetings, including MOMs (Minutes of Meeting) Track project risks, issues, and action items Ensure compliance with company processes and project standards Support budget tracking and resource allocation Communicate project updates to stakeholders on a regular basis Assist in project closure and post-project documentation Required Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana) Problem-solving and coordination abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project support roles Preferred Experience Experience working in IT / Corporate / Consulting / Operations environments Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project methodologies Work Location [Office] Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Work Location: In person
