IT Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled IT Executive / Desktop Support Executive to manage our internal IT infrastructure and provide end-user support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in system administration, hardware troubleshooting, and peripheral device management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Linux & Server Handling

o Manage and support Linux-based systems and server environments

o Perform routine server maintenance and monitoring for optimal performance

· Desktop & Laptop Support

o Provide technical assistance for desktop, laptop hardware/software issues

o Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of operating systems and applications

· CCTV, Printer & Biometric Troubleshooting

o Setup and maintain CCTV systems, network printers, and biometric devices (ESSL)

o Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues related to security and access control systems

· ESSL Biometric Handling

o Manage configuration, maintenance, and user enrollment for ESSL biometric systems

· Inventory Handling

o Maintain updated records of all IT assets including systems, peripherals, and networking devices

o Ensure timely procurement and replacement of hardware components

· Backup Management

o Implement and monitor backup plans for critical systems and user data

o Ensure regular backup processes and data recovery readiness

· Installation & Maintenance of IT Systems

o Install and maintain hardware, software, and network components

o Ensure all IT systems are functioning effectively and securely

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

· 1–3 years of relevant work experience in IT support or system administration

· Hands-on experience with Linux, server management, and desktop/laptop troubleshooting

· Knowledge of networking fundamentals and data backup solutions

· Familiarity with CCTV setup, printer troubleshooting, and biometric system handling

· Strong problem-solving and communication skills

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
