Job Description

Dedicated IT Infrastructure Support Executive with expertise in identity management, asset lifecycle oversight, and IT security. Adept at managing ZOHO Directory and Active Directory environments, ensuring smooth user onboarding, access control, and compliance. Skilled in monitoring IT assets, resolving support issues, and implementing robust security practices to safeguard organizational data.

Core Responsibilities

1. User & Directory Management

ZOHO Directory
Active Directory (AD)
onboarding/offboarding

2. Asset & License Management

Maintain an accurate inventory of laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
Track software licensing, renewals, and compliance status.
Coordinate hardware procurement, setup, and decommissioning.

3. IT Support & Operations

Level 1 & Level 2 support
Troubleshoot connectivity, system access, and performance issues.
M365, Zoho, and other productivity tools

4. Security & Compliance

multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Regularly update and patch systems to minimize vulnerabilities.
Monitor network activity for security threats and escalate incidents.
Maintain compliance with organizational IT security standards.
