IT Support Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable IT Hardware Support Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless operation of all IT hardware and systems within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of all hardware components, providing prompt and effective solutions to minimize downtime and optimize system performance. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware issues for desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, printers, and other IT equipment. Install, configure, and upgrade hardware components and peripheral devices. Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Provide first and second-level technical support to internal users for hardware-related concerns. Maintain accurate documentation of hardware configurations, repairs, service records, and inventory. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for warranty claims, part replacements, and hardware procurement. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures related to hardware usage and security. Conduct regular preventive maintenance and hardware audits. Support IT infrastructure during installations, relocations, or expansions. Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience in IT hardware support, systems repair, or technical support roles. Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, networking equipment, and peripherals. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues efficiently and independently. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux is a plus. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent are preferred. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
