Customer Care Executive Profile We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage incoming service inquiries, coordinate with field staff, and assist in lead conversion. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication between clients and the operations team while providing a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer calls, messages, and service inquiries promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and follow-up actions. Coordinate with field executives to ensure the timely pickup and delivery of services. Assist in converting leads into confirmed service orders through effective communication and follow-up. Provide customers with timely updates on the status of their service requests. Address and resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate team when needed. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively. Job Role We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented IT Executive with expertise in both hardware and software support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving laptop and desktop issues, performing upgrades, ensuring smooth IT operations, and supporting the team with technical requirements. This role requires a problem-solving mindset, hands-on technical knowledge, and the ability to manage IT assets effectively. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for laptops, desktops, and peripherals. Perform system upgrades, including hardware replacements (RAM, SSD, HDD, batteries, etc.) and software installations. Manage operating system installations, updates, and patching. Maintain accurate records of repairs, upgrades, and IT assets. Ensure data security and backup processes are followed. Coordinate with vendors & customers Requirements Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS preferred). Hands-on experience in diagnosing laptop/desktop issues and performing hardware upgrades. Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi setup, troubleshooting). Familiarity with antivirus, firewalls, and system security practices. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. Good communication skills to interact with both customers & vendors. Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent certification (Hardware/Networking certifications are a plus). Working Hours Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Work from the Office.
