Requirement
● 1-2+ years of experience in customer-facing IT Support
● Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
● Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
● Customer-oriented attitude and Excellent communication skills
● Bachelor's degree in computer science or any related engineering degree
● Fluent English
● Ticket Logging Tool knowledge
● Basic laptop configurations and repair
● Vendor Coordination for logging tickets with OEM and follow up the ticket for closure
● Alert monitoring, Follow-up and closure of the call and enable in the investigation analysis
● ITIL knowledge
● Good Knowledge in O365 and M365 apps
● Understanding of Drivers/Patches/Tools download from OEM web site
● Basic Networking and Anti-Virus Support at client side
● Desktop hardware troubleshooting & part replacement
● Printer/Scanner, HUB/Switch Installation
